New booking platform
Our new booking platform brings together our B2C platforms – Festicket, Ticket Arena and any white-label stores – giving promoters harmonised analytics such as channel attribution and ticket sales in their Event Genius dashboard, while also giving them the ability to leverage features including accommodation, travel and packages options, flexible payment plans and pay with friends functionalities, multi-currencies, multi-languages and local payment methods across all their stores.
Improved promoter dashboard
Our improved promoter dashboard gives event organisers a new level of control over their campaign. The visual dashboard provides promoters with real-time analytics to track visits and sales, as well as an enhanced channel breakdown to see which of their marketing campaigns are working successfully and enabling them to make quick and informed decisions.
Lots of new currencies
Up until recently, event organisers could only set up their events in GBP or EUR. Not any more. We’ve just released a long list of new currencies that promoters will be able to select when setting up their event on Event Genius, including USD, AUD, CAD, CZK, HRK, CHF, DKK, NOK, RUB, SEK, ISK and many more.
Localised time zones
Event organisers will now be able to select their local time zone, giving them enhanced control over automated launches and off-sales, as well as providing customers with localised start and end times.
